Friends of mine visiting Madrid have given spectacular reviews about this place and i can't wait to go taste the authentic delights on offer myself when i travel to Madrid this summer. Keep up the good work! His food was so fresh and straightforward. Truth be told, it was a Spain highlight for us, foodwise. I don't know why more restaurants don't get it... Just use the freshest and best ingredients and prepare them simply. Pepe's wine was also very good and he was lovely to us.
